Chocolate Amour is the brainchild of Gill Coates who has had a passion for chocolate for many years. In 2008 she qualified as a chocolatier at the world renowned “Ecole de Chocolat Valrhona”, in Tarn Hermitage, France.
Gill has since then been running Chocolate Amour workshops and making chocolates for special occasions from her home in the south of France.
In 2011 the business moved to England and Chocolate Amour opened in East Devon. It now runs courses from various locations in West Dorset and East Devon.
Chocolate courses can also be run from a location of your choice if you are a group of 6 or more.
